The Motivation and Inspiration of T.E. Barnes

T.E. Barnes is the youngest of six siblings of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Barnes.  He learned early in life that failure comes when you do not try.  Born and raised in Danville, Illinois a small city full of life where he encountered numerous events that help shape his love of life and people.   As a young man he realized there are obstacle that may prevent us from reaching our potential, but there will be other opportunities to satisfy our passions.

Just as every season must change, we have to change something to grow.  So after graduating from high school, he moved to Oakland, California with the blessing of his parents to attend college.

Letting go of our comfort zone is one of our biggest fears.  California grew T.E. Barnes from a young quiet man into a person who's spirit for life has inspired many others to reach their potential.  T.E. Barnes currently resides in Houston, TX. with his wife and their children.

While the day may seem long, the opportunity to change your state of mind is forever present.  The uncertainty of the future can challenge you mentally , continue to stand strong and believe that you are here to complete a mission.  T.E. Barnes faith and beliefs has lead him to reach out to others to help them reach thier potential.

Our Business

The idea of creating a business started in college.  I have always seen myself as the leader of my own company.   A friend and I always used to say the words "I Am Spinning".   We were talking about spinning towards something positive.  One day the phrase "Spinning Minds" came to mind and I decided in 2005 to write a book about finding positive qualities and skills that are buried inside each of us that are not being accessed or utilized.  From that decision, Spinning Minds 365 came to life.

At SM365, we understand the value of a positive and powerful outlook on life and taking advantage of non-traditional approaches to reach your goals.  Anxieties, uncertainty, and vulnerabilities can reveal the worst in us.  The ability to see yourself as a winner, leader, and successful person is within reach as you take control of your circumstances with the assistance of SM365.  

Finding your happiness, passions and desires should be taken seriously.  As you evolve into an innovative, and creative individual your peers will be impressed with the new and outstanding you.

Education

T.E. Barnes is an Undergraduate of California State University, Hayward.  He has a B.S. Degree in Business Administration with an option in Personnel Administration Industrial Relations.  He has a passion for music, poetry, sports and most importantly - love.  
After spending twenty years as an employee of Federal Express, in 2005 a powerful awakening took place and the writing began. During his twenty years at FEDEX, his life was full of lessons and loses.

He had to keep his eye on the prize and hold fast to the belief that greater things were in store for him. 

Establishing a self worth and love, while maintaining positive relationships with your loved ones are vital to your life.
